By paying full delivery charge you can only apply for change your ordered products when the delivery man processing your order to delivered in front of you. If we send any wrong or scratched products ,you will avail to change the products without paying any extra charge only in front of delivery person. After receiving your orders successfully, you will be not available for change the order anyhow.
